Very friendly and helpful . Rooms clean despite typhoon hitting the property just 6 weeks before. Beautiful view of Halong bay Room was huge Excellent value for what we paid

Breakfast was due to start at 7 but food didn’t arrive till 7.30 so probably this could be addressed But when it did arrive , we ate on a beautiful terrace overlooking Halong bay

Beautifull hotel with lots of detailes.

Actually they should have restaurant serving dinner, but at the end we found this perfect. Last night we made a private dinner on the terrase and it was magic.

I loved the ambiance of the place, stylish and classic..a timeless beauty..unfortunately the breakfast was very sparse and not nice..Lam at the receptionist was absolutely stunning..she is an asset to your place

Breakfast..no pool

This place is really cute and perfect for a short stop over. We had a great view of Ha Long from our balcony. They offer a cheap buggy to get around the island and even came to pick us up from a restaurant. The breakfast was also nice for a very reasonable price.

Wow, this was quite a find. What a stunning little hotel. Beautiful rooms and breakfast plus an astonishing roof garden.

Nothing, but suggest you maybe do simple evening meals.

Very clean room and common areas. Helpful, kind staff. Excellent transfer service available from Cat Bi airport. As we arrived late at night this was an invaluable service to assist us in the journey.

There was a gap in the windows so the air con was inefficient. The breakfast was poor and on the second morning a whole section of the buffet was closed. No hot options available to order.
