"We chose not to stay - lost our money, but just couldn't stay in that rondavel. No alternative given"

ON arrival we found out the our "Room with Garden View" was actually a rondavel. The rondavel was old and stank of damp/mustiness. The bathroom desperately needs an update, The shower is an over the bath type. Not at all attractive to use. There are no pictures of the bathroom on their site - I now know why!

Efficient check in. Room was changed to a family room and the last night was upgraded to an executive room. Meals were good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The rooms and bathrooms are below a 3 star standard and is in need of refurbishment/upgrades.

Absolutely loved our stay, we will definitely be back! Food was amazing, service excellent, staff are so friendly and welcoming. Location 10/10. So many wonderful attractions nearby.
