"Horrible management and communication"

The hotel is highly NOT recommended by me and my friends!!! The management of the hotel is absolutely inadequate and do not know even basic rules of hotel practices and hospitality, including communication! Well in advance we requested them for early check-in for 50% on the night cost which is common worldwide and they refused saying that they want to earn more money during the touristy month and said that we must pay full price of the night for our extra 3 hours! After a long communication with the management they said that they do not want to see us in their hotel and that they will not accommodate us under the active booking and asked not to come to their hotel! We consider such approach completely outrageous and unacceptable for any respectable host! Our advice for other travellers is not to choose this hotel for their trip to Samarkand as there are many other reliable options in the city!

Location

Room was not cleaned. Staff seemed indifferent. Bathroom and towels etc in poor condition. Bed mattress very stiff and uncomfortable. Breakfast quite limited.

"Stay was good - hotel was very clean and staff helpful"

Hotel staff were friendly and always happy to help and offer advice - rooms were good size and hot water good in the bathroom, kettle was provided and a water dispenser in reception offering hot and cold water

Beds were hard which is not to my personal taste, although kettle offered no tea or coffee which would have been nice. Small fridge would have been useful but not essential.

It's not bad for one or 2 nights only. It's mostly bed and breakfast style, nothing more at all. Good and helpful reception, clean rooms, and near to some services. it is about 15 minutes to Registon Square.

I couldn't have the breakfast because it's available for a short time, around 90 minutes, and there was no tea, coffee, and water in the room, only kettle. Unfortunately, there was no window in my room, and there was no mobile network signal. Also, WiFi is slow. Pillows are not comfortable.
