Breakfast was great

We were 7, 2 adults, 5 children. Only one of the children was todler. Yet we were given 5 single beds with NO additional cot beds, mattraces etc. Maybe this was an issue from booking.com search side. I was supposed to pay total 68 dollars, but then they required additional 20 dollars. As a justification, they showed a tiny text in email confirmarion that states 'Tourism tax may apply'. Who likes surprises :)

"superb location, value for money"

-location is superb. Literally few steps from Registan Square. - Amazing and helpful stuff. - The room is clean. - Value for money.

- all rooms doesn’t have windows ( the hotel is like cube style) but not a deal breaker. - pillows are a bit small - There is 5 USD per person extra charge tourism fees( was told its like that in all Samarkand hotels). - Breakfast time is 8:30, should be little bit earlier.

They are charging Extra 5$ dollars per person apart from the amount shown in Booking.com. When we asked why you are charging an extra 5$ dollars, they told us that it is a registration fee for the hotel. So be careful while you book this hotel, you have to pay an extra 5$ dollars per each person as a registration fee for the hotel. we paid 10$ dollars extra for 2 people.

"A homely stay"

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Right in the middle of Registon and Bibi-Khanym, this offered us the homeliest possible stay. The two sisters at the reception are extremely helpful. They even helped us with Yandex taxy to the train station. Clean spacious rooms with decent breakfast, I would highly recommend this place.
