"the hotel which is located good"

i had stayed at this hotel for one day. The receptionist was so kind and the location is so nice. very close from squar. But I had to pay an additional fee on top of the amount confirmed when I booked the hotel. they said it is kind of reception service fee(?) but i couldnt find any mention of this when i booked it. and there is so bad sewer smell in the restroom.

The bed was a sheet on a box spring! No mattress so incredibly hard. Breakfast was cold even at 8:30 when it opened. Wi-Fi said 100MB. I tested 10-20MB maximum and could not do video calls. The location was good which is why we initially booked, not knowing the other issues.

Great location, in walk from Registan square

Rooms were not very clean, might be an oversight. They changed our room upon notice.

The owner of the property tried to charge me extra for government registration that I declined to pay by showing him detail of my orbitz booking . I had to pay him cash for three days stay since the hotel does not accept credit card payment on file .

"Good value and clean"

Clean, very friendly staff and a great location

The rooms for have windows up high that face into the lobby so no issue with privacy. But This lets light into the room at night. Hotel should cover these windows to prevent this
