Die Unterkunft war sauber, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und engagiert. Bei Bedarf hilft es beim Buchen von Touren oder Transfers. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen und stets auch frisches Obst. Ein Aufzug erleichtert den Transport schwerer Koffer. Auf Anfrage kann man zum Mittag-/Abendessen Hot pot bestellen. Zur vereinbarten Zeit wird das Essen im Frühstücksraum serviert. Unser Hot pot war frisch zubereitet, sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft.

Everything was amazing in Sapa! Mr. Dao helped me with restaurant recommendations, places to see and purchasing tickets to different locations. He also supported me with transportation. I had a room with a view of Fansipan, the view is gorgeous! Thank you for everything!

Location is great! Staff were amazing!

Nothing specifics. Just the building beside the hotel was being renovated so drilling noises at 7am. Not the hotel's fault.

"Great location in center of Sapa…"

Location was great and staff very friendly and helpfull ( lot of informations and recommendations…). Great commute to Fansipan, pick up for trekking and other activities
