In-room hospitality amenities Room space The farewell was a bottle of water and a local chip cookie from the receptionist early in the morning.

The receptionist wasn't familiar with Booking.com reservations, and it seemed they were using a phone number, which made me fear I'd miss my reservation after a grueling six-hour bus ride. The receptionist was friendly, but not enough to reassure me, as I was busy checking in. - I wasn't refunded the remaining 50,000. - The noise from the work was annoying all day, starting at 6:00 AM. It was impossible to sleep, read, or use video or voice calls during the day!

The room is really clean and comfortable. They have AC and fan even though the place is kinda cold. The bed is really really comfortable. They also have a little balcony for you to breathe some fresh air. Their breakfast buffet is also the best! They served freshly cooked pancakes! I also loved the rice and eggs! Very tasty! The staffs are kind and very hospitable. They treat their guests very well. With smiles on their face. Will surely booked again next time!

The staff were lovely and very friendly. Very helpful when the toilet blocked! The staff gave us water and snacks when we left. Mr Dao and Mrs Thuy always greeted us with a big smile and conversation whenever we entered or left the hotel. Amazing view from one of our rooms. Great location, very central.

The shower was right next to the toilet so when you showered the whole bathroom and toilet got wet. Although the bathroom floor was constantly wet from a leaking hose next to the toilet. Every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet it sounded like a pipe had burst and the water was rushing into the room (but it wasn't). The plumbing was just so loud. There was a dead cockroach in my son's bed. We stayed the first night, but checked out before completing our booking even though we had paid, and went and stayed at another hotel. The "balcony" was not somewhere you could sit. There was just enough room to stand on it.
