Mr Dao was heel erg behulpzaam en erg lief, hij wilde alles regelen, niets was te gek! De locatie was ook super, in het centrum.

Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid en was een beetje somber in de kelder. Onze kamer was helemaal prima met een groot raam, jammer dat het raam niet open kon voor wat frisse lucht in de kamer.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel in Sapa. Mr. Dao was especially helpful — he assisted us in booking our Fansipan and Glass Bridge tickets in advance so we didn’t have to queue, and also helped arrange a full-day car rental with a driver to visit several attractions around Sapa. He was kind, attentive, and made our trip much easier. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a good rest after a long day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the price we paid for the room. The hotel is also within walking distance to restaurants and several nearby attractions, which was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay — highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!

All the staffs are super friendly, helpful with the Fansipan cable car tickets buying, taxi rental to O Guy Ho, hotel great location, they even allowed me and my friend took shower & rest before our overnight sleeping bus 👍🏻
