Staff was very kind and accommodated our early leave

The upper apartment has an open connection to other floors which is weird and makes it also very noisy. Further, there were cockroaches in the room as it was not clean.

the room was fantastic, nice big ensuite, tv with Netflix, air conditioning, clean! The hosts were very friendly and accomodating, they helped to pick us up from Cat Ba when we’re stranded because there was no grabs in the area.

I had a very comfortable, relaxing time here! It looks exactly like the picturs, very clean room, I had an amazing breakfast and the staff was so friendly! Would really recommend 😁

Arrived in the middle of the night but they were kind to let us check in early. The location wasn't the best. You would probably want to stay more towards the city center. There were no open shops, and quite far from the nearest restaurants. We got our laundry done here as well which worked alright, no big issues.
