Clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful staff. View from balcony. Big beds. Close to old quarter and night market. Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars.

You can hear the lift from the apartment but it is not too bad.

There was some sort of loud dance event down by the beach. Music was extremely loud and went until midnight. Not sure if this is a common thing. Not a lot was open because it was low season.

the room was perfect, host are trying their best to accommodate our request, we got a good motorbike for rent, miss pham even guide us interesting places to visit.

don't like the crazy noise from the beach party but it beyond their control
