Room was great value for money

Place is a ghost town. Also no facilities in hotel.. 100s of hotels n restaurants but all empty

The location specially. It is accessible to all food outlets , beach , and also sun world park.

We loved everything

Was enough room with good aircon. Staff were friendly but didnt speak any english had to use translate but thats ok.

2 main issues, firstly the place was not clean, after getting thongs wet in shower left dirty footprint everywhere so obvious it had not been mopped or cleaned in a while. There was lots of black mold around and it looked like someone else was still living there, there was personal items around the place even a stack of cash left on one of the shelves. There was an old shower puff/sponge thing in the shower from a previous guest, we threw it in the garbage then next time we come in the room it was back on the shelf, obviously they wanted to keep a $1 used shower scrubber? GROSS! Dishwashing sponge also looked about 10 years old we asked for another which they provided next day after they went to shop. Bed sheets seemed dirty with stains. Everytime we left the apartment they came in and turned off the aircon which was annoying as it was super hot on top floor. The next issue was the music! There is a beach club not far and the music is LOUD until 2am everynight. We knew about it from other reviews so we brought ear plugs, still could hear it with the doors closed and ear plugs, completely rediculous how loud it is. ITs not the hotel fault but i couldnt manage. After 1 night we left and found another hotel (Citidines) which was so much better and best decision i ever made! I said i would only pay for 2 nights given we had only stayed for 1 night but were checking out late by the time we had secured our next hotel, to there credit they agreed and didnt charge me the full 4 nights.

Lady on reception was fantastic. So helpful and responsive. She organised a boat trip very last minute for us which was perfect.

It advertises a kitchen but you cannot cook in it. Not too much of a problem though for us.

Lack of restaurants, marts etc at walking distance.

The place was comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very helpful, and Kind. The hotel was well located.

Good location close to the beach and good restaurants

I stayed in Feb. It was incredibly quiet. Many hotels were shut. Limited places to eat and drink. The receptionist was based in another hotel and only came when I text her which was actually fine. No other staff on site. I assume there will be more staff during the peak season. To be honest, it's not a complaint, just an observation.

The hotel manager Miss nina was really helpful and made our stay very comfortable.
