Very helpful and hospitable recepionist who spoke very good English. During our stay many restaurants nearby were closed. She gave us good tips where to go, avoiding tourist traps. Very efficient in organizing additional bookings.

We arrived really early , but communication was clear and was no problem at all ! Nina opened the door for us at 04:00 ! With a Smile 😊 ! She helped us great with all bookings , questions and gave tips/advice about what to do , and where to go ! It was really nice staying at the Edenam hotel , definitely because of ALL the great help and beautiful smiles 😊 !

"Great time in Ha Long Bay"

Practically new hotel, with great amenities.

Clean, spacious . Fantastic staff, Nina was super hostess. She gave us all information about surrounding area, restaurants, attractions, etc. we got upgraded to bigger room. Rooms are new, clean and super comfortable.

"Lovely hotel"

We arrived at the hotel , it’s worth noting that the Sun Plaza area is still largely under construction so it did seem like a ghost town when we stayed, we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and it was about 10-15 minutes from the beach area. The hotel itself was great, we used the area as a stop off before heading to Cat ba . The staff were great, allowed us to store our bags until the room was ready, we stayed a few doors down due to the room we had booked but it was super clean and fresh . Bed was comfortable and the shower was good too!

The staff, Nina and the housekeeping personnel were accomodating and hospitable. They are willing to help you in everything you need for your travel, from laundry services, booking activities (even las minute) and booking a bus. They deserve more guests. The rooms are spacious, good facilities, and are always clean.
