"Would come back!"

Clean hotel room with comfortable beds. Front desk staff were super friendly and polite in welcoming us at check in. When we realised we were short on towels and bottles of water, they responded immediately on booking.com and were very kind to promptly deliver us further towels and water when we realised we were missing 1/3 amenities. They went above and beyond in giving us a written list of recommendations that we sadly didn’t have time to fully take advantage of.

"Good hotel and service but window light can disturb your sleep"

Staff very friendly. Show us where to eat.

The blind / curtain is not able to black out the light from the street and from the club that is nearby. The club nearby the light was shining on our window the whole night and it disturb our sleep. Weekend even though all doors are closed but the music from the club can still be heard till 2am, weekdays end earlier. Please change the blind/curtain. Other than that, tip top service!

Lovely hotel, nice facilities. The only reason I gave low for location was because ha long was a literally a ghost town and was nothing to do when we were there

"I would Not recommend it"

The Hotel is relatively new

The Hotel is located in a area with many new Hotels. There are many many Hotels, which are almost all empty. It seems as If you are living in a Ghost town. On top of that there is a beach Club by the nearby beach, which is playing very very (!) loud music until 1 am.

"Pleasent"

Its a brand new hotel in a brand new estate development. Easily accessible to nearby mat and night market.

No public transport. The music from the beach concert from 8 pm until midnight. The staff are very humble but cannot speak english.

"10/10 would recommend"

Everything was nice, especially the host was extremely helpful and had high standard of cleanliness. 10/10 would recommend. The location is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Sunworld park nearby.

Nothing about the place really.
