Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. The staff is helpful and proactive and they clean the rooms daily.

The location is ok if you want the city. But be aware that you cannot swim near there. You will need transport to the east coast of Santo for activities, which can be relatively expensive. (Around 12000 vuv per day for a driver all the way up to Port Olry).

The staff were fabulous and the gardens are lovely. It was very peaceful, even though it is located right on the Main Street of Luganville.

We liked everything in the room with pool view. It was clean, comfortable, the water was hot, fridge and everything in good condition. Everyone working here was super nice and helpful. I don’t get most of the negative reviews, especially for the great price. No better place to stay in Luganville!
