Hotel Santo Vanuatu

Staff were very friendly and helpful for what to do and see in Santo. On the main street but not close to Santo's famous attractions.

Unluckily we were there with other guests who kept us up smoking and a barking dog right outside our window at 3am. Could have just been an unlucky night.

The location was very good. The back courtyard where the pool was had beautiful gardens that were well maintained.

We didn't have any hot water because there wasn't enough hot weather for their solar system. They said they were waiting on a part from Australia. The owner offered us a shower in another room a couple of times but wouldn't upgrade us because those rooms cost more. Didn't take into account to look after us for the in convenience and provide customer service. She offered to find us accommodation elsewhere which we didn't want to move as we were also both sick which made it even worse without hot water.

Adequate. Fresh fruit on two days was one piece of papaya and another day a banana. Ordered omelette one day and never came.

No security at night. No desk clerk or attendant most of the time, especially on Saturday and Sunday. No information is we needed anything.

Loved the location and garden vibes to the place. It was very clean and worth what we paid for.

Wifi was down throughout our stay.

A last minute booking all met my expectations

Mary-Jane and Lisa were extremely welcoming and very attentive. Great hosts of a great hotel! Their garden is stunning, and the flower bouquets made every day were just beautiful. A peaceful and quiet hotel, right in the middle of Luganville!

Lisa and Mary-Jane were very accommodating when our flights to Santo were delayed by several days. Then when we arrived they were so helpful finding ways for us to do everything we wanted to in the short time we were able to stay. The whole hotel feels like a time machine to the 70s (which we absolutely loved) and everything was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for such a great stay, we'll be back next time 😊

Very well located. Top notch customer service, they owners are lovely and they’ll help you in everything they can. Breakfast simple but delicious. I would highly recommend everyone stay in this hotel when visiting Santo.
