The view was amazing

Room no.14: -Maintenance : Television doesn't work at all,shower head is damaged,little tap water comes out -Cleanliness : bed sheets, towels, pillows curtains are so dirty, dust is everywhere , swimming pool was so dirty ,room in bad smell condition -Facilities (Garbage bin,tissue,mineral water, coffee/tea selection are not available )

A bit run down . Restaurant food was bad, bland and took long time to be served, even when no other guests.

Several things, like shower head, and water power inadequate. But friendly staff made up for the negatives. Very helpful

Views were amazing and right on the beach. Can snorkle out front lots of fish and coral to look at. Close to spas and restaurants. Very cheap rates. Staff very friendly and helpful but dont speak very good english.

Shower leaked toilet leaked no jug or coffe tea in the room. Sheets had holes in them. Restaurant had very poor food. Breakfast passable but other meals poor. Would not recommend the restaurant but plenty of others nearby. Road to get here very rough.

The bathtub unable to be full of water, iam waiting for 2hours and still not full

This property is a scam. I had to book very fast, as that was unexpected stop. Checked the photos and they were fine But in reality rooms we had were terrible. I don’t think it’s even legal to keep it working. I have photo proves. Walls are full of mold and destroyed. It stinks. Even insects couldn’t survive there. Because floor was covered with few dozens of dead flies and one dead centipede The sheets were dirty and with holes When I tried to change the room, manager was very rude and said we can cancel and go find new property. But it was very late and I was with small kids. So I didn’t have any choice We run away in the early morning Also the room is in the basement so there is no day light People there don’t care about visitors. Really, I never had so bad stay in my life
