"Old but good buffet selection."

Family friendly. Buffet has thoughtful area for young children to self serve themselves with food. Sledding is provided as there’s a small slope behind. Be careful though as it’s a carpark. Behind the hotel has a beautiful waterfall. Nice breakfast and dinner buffet spread.

Old. When I was there, my tatami wasn’t set up. Hopefully they renovate soon. Onsen pool tiles has many mold on grout all over.

"If I come to Shirogane Onsen again, I will pick another hotel for sure."

At least it has onsen.

Staff are not well trained and not quite polite as expected. When you speak to them they are just doing their own thing but not looking at you at all. The hotel is old.

"It seems that it is still the best place to stay in the area, with the hotel’s amenities it covers all of your needs"

It’s within a walking distance to the Shirahige Falls and bus stop. Hotel provides a night tour to the Blue Pond which was very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were also great!!

It’s pretty old and outdated on the main building and rooms, but the dining area was renovated and modern updated.

The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. There are many dishes for your selection (The specialties of Japanese food, Sashimi, western food, hot pot... ) The service of the staff are very helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is very near the travel spot 白ひげの滝 & 白金青い池

The air-conditioner in the room is not cool enough.

"I’m happy to stay in the hotel."

It’s very convenient - next to JR station and Aeon shopping mall. From Asahikawa airport just a bus to reach to Asahikawa Station. Rental car also just in the rail station.

The size of the room is small, but it’s alright if you just need to sleep.
