We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety. The views were absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, always welcoming and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience and a place we would happily return to.

So much in their property description is misleading. The property is situated on a very very steep hill which is not accessible by tuk or larger vehicles. On the hotel description they offer a shuttle service, what they fail to tell you is that the shuttle is necessary to get to and from the property and the shuttle is a one man service that ends at 6pm. The roads are so dark, windy and steep that it's almost impossible to navigate after dark. Trying to check out has been a nightmare, we have waited well over an hour to be taken into town. We also felt like we were pressured to cancel our reservation through booking.com after paying upfront, we were tired and agreed without too much question but this seems to be standard practice as they did the same to another of our party.

Everything was great including the views from the room and the top floor. Overall its located very near to the Ella town with all restaurants and cafes

Slightly above the main road. Its at a very steep location. However, the hotel provides a comfortable car to drop to the main road. Its accessible by foot as well just takes a 15 mins of careful walk (in case its raining)
