We spent one night at the hotel. It had an Amazing view. Very Friendly staff really friendly.

The access to the hotel is not easy for walking distance as it contains a long steep walkway. They offer a shuttle service but until 6pm.

El hotel está bien - correcto. El acceso se hizo con transporte privado porque es complicado, lo que dificulta dar un paseo por la noche en el centro de Ella. El desayuno normal (como anécdota pedí agua y me trajeron un vaso con agua en lugar de la botella). El precio es elevado con otras comparativas.

El acceso que no pueda ser de forma autónoma.

The location is really cool.

The hot water is terrible. No eftpos facilities to pay for our tab at the end. Lack of communication from staff. Definitely not value for money.
