המלון צופה לנוף ההרים שניתן לראות מהקומה העליונה (אם כי החדר שהוגדר עם נוף היה בגובה שלא מאפשר לראות את הנוף). צוות מאוד אדיב ניקיון ותחזוקה של החדר טובים ארוחת בוקר נהדרת

צריך לדעת שהגישה למלון כרוכה בעליה תלולה מהדרך הראשית. יש שאטל אבל רק עד 18:00 בערב

Spacious room with balcony and a magnificent view. Very friendly and helpful staf. Shuttle service to to you up and down the hill.

Path to hotel is very steep and challenging but a good excercise. Shuttle available.

Incredible accommodation perched high on a hill in the clouds, just Magical. Staff were amazing, property was very clean, breakfast was delicious.

Difficult to get up the hill, but staff helped and they do have a mini bus to pick you and your luggage up. WiFi was not good, zero reception.

A decent hotel perched on a hilltop with good views. An added bonus is a good onsite restaurant. Polite and helpful staff.

Vans etc. cannot reach the hotel due to the road to the hotel having a challenging gradient (very steep) plus it is also very narrow. Rains makes the situation even more challenging. The hotel transports guests and the bags on its own smaller car while our Van got parked at a lower level area. That's inconvenient.

Nice rooms , great bar/ cafe on top floor run by exceptional staff , very clean . Close to town centre and very relaxed

Be aware of steep rise to hotel if you are unfit! We had a problem with intermittent hot water but the hotel quickly moved us so it wasn’t a big issue

We had 2 balcony’s, staff were super friendly and the choices of drinks at the rooftop bar was brilliant as I particularly like French sparkling wine and I got what I wanted! The views really are spectacular- we are hikers and so went hiking for the views - but the central location of this in the valley puts these views at No.1 in Ella - we could see our hotel from all our hikes it was great.

The hotel is at the top of a hill but if you want the views - you kind of need to expect this kind situation! It would have been nice for the concierge to offer a lift up and dow the hill to guests during the stay. We were too polite to ask during our stay, but we would have appreciated this service it if we were offered on a WhatsApp number to request this, but nobody said anything to us. Not a negative, just perhaps a suggestion to improve their facilities offerings! They did collect us and took us to the train station when we left though - so that’s was a nice touch! Oh and the pool was a little cold but we were their in low season so understandable! Thanks we had a lovely time
