The concept of accommodation is great, on the beach with sea view. The houses are very pretty and clean.

The bathroom can be improved.

My air conditioner was uncontrollable. I would like them to check it out, and fix that for future guests.

The hotel is a scam. They shut down the electricity every day for a few hours. We understand that the whole shore experiences power outages, but this hotel doesn’t have its own generator! When we arrived at 6 PM, there was no electricity for almost the entire night, which meant no Wi-Fi, no hot water, no AC, and no way to charge our phones. We asked for shampoo and shower gel three times, but no one brought it. When we asked for help, we found that only one person on the staff spoke English. As for the rest of the team, we have no idea where they were. At night, there was no one at the reception to answer our questions. We left immediately to stay at another hotel, and we still haven’t received a refund for the canceled nights. DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s a waste of money and your holiday.

I arrived in the night.There needs to be someone 24/7 available at a resort like this, to avoid not being able accessing your acco.. (Also in low season) The electricity/ network/ WiFi is often not available. An extra generator would fix this maybe. Candles in the room or a lantern is a necessity A seating possibility outside the accommodation and a chair in the room would lift the accommodation from good to excellent. It is not easy to find the hotel as a tourist by car. Clearer road signs would help the resort being more easy to find.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

The location is right in the middel of all the other hotels and restaurant's. You have a lot of choices for restaurants. The beach is white and the see as blue as is in all the pictures you see. Its is really a beatifull place. We did not opt for breakfast so I can not comment on that.

Kinazi has a lot of power outages. 6 hours at a time. In the sweltering heat it is unbearable not to have aircon. All the other hotels and restaurants have generators except for Kinazi. They just say they don't have a generator or it broken. I booked 2 identical rooms on Booking.com and paid the same price for both. Our room was ok but my daughter's room was below average. She did not even have a bed side table. Where are you suppose to put your water, phone, books, glasses?. They are not consistent in their rooms. We hired 3 x electric bicycles through the hotel. We were told they will last for 24 hours. The fist one's battery died 30 minutes later. They replaced the bike with another and that battery only lasted 1 hour. We were far away from the hotel and had to push the bike back because it is very hard to pedal on sand. We complained and left the bikes at reception. The next morning they hired those same bikes to other people. We saw as the people brought the bikes back after 1 hour because the battery did not last the 24 hours it is suppose to. I mention this because we hired the bike through the hotel and feel they just don't care to give you what was promised. They are very inconsistent. I don't care if they used a 3de party for the bikes. They should not be using that service provider anymore. Although the beach is very beautiful we were constantly harassed by people to buy from them. It is never ending. As soon as you tell them NO and they leave, the next person will come and harras you. Woman an children included. They will just stand in front of you and stair at you. It was impossible to relax.
