Everything is old and not well mentained.. no space for hanging your clothes, mini frigirater not working , bathroom very poorly made .. the water is dripping everywhere.. Lighting barely there .The facilities are poor..The lounge are and breakfast is populated by kitter not a pleasent way to serve breakfast..Not a good value for the money .

EVERYTHING!!! Loved my room the view was spectacular. The staff were helpful and reliable including their driver. The breakfast was delicious. Plus this area is near to some good restaurants one may like to try at a walking distance by the beach.

Last night, after a long and exhausting journey, we arrived at your accommodation. We were really looking forward to our stay here, especially after an intensive safari of several days during which we had very little sleep (on average only 4 to 5 hours per night). Our plan was to finally find some rest and comfort here. Unfortunately, this stay has been far from that. We would therefore like to share our experiences and request an appropriate solution. Upon arrival, we found there was no electricity. It was completely dark, and no one was there to greet us, help us, or provide us with any instructions. There was also no prior notification of this situation, neither by phone nor email. This forced us to literally search our way in the dark, during which one of us hit their head against a tree. In addition, a dog near the accommodation was barking loudly, making the situation even more unpleasant. Without electricity, we were unable to take a shower or use the air conditioning, something we were greatly looking forward to after our long trip. To our disappointment, no apologies or understanding were offered for this situation. Unfortunately, the problems did not end upon arrival. The conditions in the room itself were far below the standard we expect from an accommodation booked via Booking.com; here are our main complaints very poorly and not friendly reception - loud barking dog in the night and early morning - no darkening curtains - torn and dirty mosquito net - (too) small and uncomfortable beds with not clean bedding - doors that do not close properly - loosen sink faucet en toilet seat - shower place partly above the toilet - no mirror in the bathroom - dirty towels - very poor wifi - no wardrobe or hooks for clothing - unfriendly service at breakfast..... We discussed this with the manager, we checked out to find another hotel and he promised/assured us to refund us for the 2 nights we did not stay there, we are still waiting for this....

Staff are friendly

I am very pleased with the quality of the hotel, the food and the good service from the staff, this is a good place, I will come back again
