I really enjoyed my stay, staff were helpful specially reception team, although there was huge pressure on them i did not get late receiving my room

I was not given the room I booked, according to the booking confirmation the room was supposed to have city and garden view while we were given a room with walls view! And according to the pictures of the room we have booked the room was supposed to have big bath but it didn't. And according to my booking I was supposed to pay 139k IQD while I was charged 190k IQD
