the room is clean the breakfast is good the staff is so polite

1 the air conditioner is not functioning well 2 the floor make noises when we walk on it 3 the door needs strong push to open 4 we i booked i ordered cot for kid but i didn't get it

"Short holiday in Erbil"

I like the staff, the room size, wood decorations are fantastic invthe hotel though it's an old hotel

Bathroom needs reconstruction because the hotel is old, breakfast is not suitable for 5 stars hote, we have to come early in the morning to enjoy all types of food in breakfast, otherwise some of them will be finished!!

There was unbearable smell coming from bathroom from the From drainage pipes
