"Worst experience"

They refused giving me a room, they said we are overbooked and it is a mistake from Booking.com. They cancelled my reservation after i reached hotel. Very bad behavior of the staff in the reception

The facilities were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were tasty. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Nothing to complain about. A lovely experience. Highly recommendable.

The room is so small, and we asked the reception for an extra pillow for 2 days but we didn't get it

The hotel facility was good. The restaurant top organic is very nice. Hotel room service was good.

- Spa: not recommend. Doesn’t worth. After the spa, the staff left me waiting. During the spa, the lady couldn’t give any instruction with limited English. - When I ask hotel staff to share the receipt during my stay, I don’t hear back from the hotel.
