Very clean room, they also changed the towels daily. The positions is great,just behind the beach. There is also a small kitchen where you can cook by yourself.

Location was just perfect, personel - astonishing, nearest Turtle/Dalawella beach just about 30 meters away from the room

Fridge only in 1 room, cleaning not everyday, some insects on the territory and in the room from time to time. But these are very tiny minuses, which you almost won't notice

Like a home feeling nice outdoor space for cooking. Really nice and clean kitchen. We booked for 2 nights but end up staying there 4 nights amazing location with kids to the beach 3 minute Tuttle Beach . We will definitely come back and highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Jayaa Beach in Sri Lanka, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I had booked a room on the ground floor, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. First and foremost, the room was fantastic. It was not only spacious but also situated on the ground floor, offering easy access and a beautiful view of garden. The high ceilings added a sense of grandeur to the space, making it feel even more special. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. The bedsheet was fresh, and the entire room was immaculately maintained. The highlight for me was the spacious and clean bathroom, which made our stay all the more comfortable. One of the pleasant surprises during our stay was discovering the natural pool behind the hotel, complete with big turtles. It was a truly unique and serene experience. We enjoyed spending time by the natural pool, taking in the natural beauty and watching the turtles leisurely swim about. It's not something you come across every day, and it added a special touch to our stay. The owner of the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions about the area, he was more than willing to help. His hospitality made us feel right at home, and we truly appreciated his warm and accommodating nature. In conclusion, our stay at this hotel in Jayaa Beach was nothing short of wonderful. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to the hotel and its staff for making our stay so memorable. When we return to Sri Lanka, there's no doubt that we will choose this hotel again without a second thought. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to relive it. The beach is right behind the property. Beach is very safe even for kids. You can see Turtles roaming around and feed them if you wish. Room and the bathroom were very clean. Cable TV , AC and Water Heater also available. So, staying here is worth the price. The young owner is a very nice and polite person. He is helping the guests at any time. He is a very caring person and the place is a good quiet & safe to be relaxed. Overall its a super place for staying.

The turtle beach is right behind the property. And we enjoyed to see the sea-turtle-visit which can be seen in mornings between 9 AM - 11AM. and the Thalpe beach is around 2-3Km distance from the property which took us just 15 minutes of tuk-riding. Room and the bathroom were very clean. TV and AC also available. So, staying here is worth the price. Only thing finding a special meal (...like Halal food) in an outside-place may need travelling of 4-5 Km from the property (Dinemore). Since Uber is available in that area, we could manage it also. There is a shared kitchen for self cooking if you have anything to be cooked by your self and to site for a chat while eating. More than this, the young owner is a very polite person. He speaks very softly, helping the guests and ready to answer calls at any time. We asked lots of questions and clarifications and he was very kind to answer us and guide us. He is very caring person and the place is a good quiet & safe place to be relaxed. He closed the gates at 10PM to ensure the security. Overall its a super place for staying.
