The property is beautiful, and the Staff was courteous The breakfast was very good on the porch We stayed in the two bedroom Villa(it is 200m away from the main hotel area), which was quite spacious, and the Buttler was friendly and helpful The property is right in the galle Fort and lot of good cafes are in walkable distance

The Villa was dimly lit at night, so it is difficult navigating around a bit Lots of stairs so not suitable for old people or people with physical disabilities

Zeer luxe en comfortabel en zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijke medewerkers. We hadden een nacht nogal last van luidruchtige buren. Dat werd meteen opgelost door onze de dag daarna te verhuizen naar een andere kamer.

The location was great . The rooms were nice enough.

Everything just felt a little grimy ; restaurant a bit mediocre just considering the price point . Nothing wrong with the hotel just a bit overpriced .

Villa was huge, clean, comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Especially the butler. Breakfast and welcome drink amazing!

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-designed we loved the cozy and relaxing vibe it had. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a warm and pleasant experience, and we would definitely love to return.

Everything. Central location, beautiful hotel and well thought out rooms. But most of all excellent service and staff.. I got a very friendly welcome at check-in by three ladies (unfortunately didn't get their names) and help at early morning check out by Amin. The hotel also arranged for a packed breakfast. I wish I had come earlier and stayed longer.
