"Amazing and repetitive stay."

The staff kindness, they gave me free upgrade to more spacious room. The breakfast is so delicious and hygienic. The location is in the middle of the Galle Fort. The food is halal as per the Muslim staff there. الموظفين ودودين وتم ترقية غرفتي مجانا إلى غرفة أوسع. الفطور جميل ونظيف ولذيذ جدا وهو عبارة عن اختيار من منيو. وموقع الفندق في منتصف قلعة جالي. والطعام خلال بحسب كلام الموظفين المسلمين في الفندق.

Bathroom need more clothes and towel hangers. The room does not have a mirror (only inside bathroom two big mirrors). Saturday night there was a live loud music but they stopped early before 10:00pm. The lights are little bit weak. الحمام يحتاج الى علاقة ملابس ومناشف إضافية. والغرفة ليس بها مرايا فقط يوجد مرآتان في الحمام. كان هناك اغاني يوم اليبت في الليل ولكنه توقف بدري قبل ال10 مساءا. الإضاءة في الغرفة ضعيفة قليلا.

"The Merchant was a home away from home during our short stay."

My wife And I had the most amazing time and were sad we stayed only for one night due to our work schedule but we most certainly shall return. We were so happy from. The start to be welcomed by Samith and Naveena and staff with so much warmth and throughout we truly felt at home away from home.

We had a few little comments to add one being the m Bed room should have a tall mirror as there was no mirror in the room at all and had to do a ur changing in the washroom. Second being that the water waste tray was clogged but Ameen the. Manager himsfesned it and were were shocked to see such leadership qualities but were so blessed by all of the staff.

I loved the location and the staff and it was very clean and the rooms were nice and cosy. Breakfast was so delicious.

It didnt have facilities, my room was on the third floor with no elevator. So I know i cant bring mama here.

"Loved it's location inside the fort area which was clan, closer to the sea and well groomed staff"

The staff behavior and the efforts they made to make us feel comfortable. We are pure vegetarians and the staff at kitchen walked extra mile to offer us pure vegetarian dishes.

Little better upkeep will do wonders.
