Experience to repeat! We left the Punta hotel today with a heavy heart. We had a really great time. The reception is very precise, attentive and welcoming. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is always helpful and kind. One evening, even though we had arrived after the scheduled dinner time, they understood our inconvenience (along a very steep descent the brakes of the rented scooter had broken) and they still allowed us to have dinner (and they made sure we were fine). Both the pool and the private beach are fantastic. The private beach in particular is a corner of paradise. The pool bar is very nice and well-equipped, the dishes and cocktails are very good. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the location is also perfect (having rented a scooter we had a great time). We felt at home. We can't wait to go back there!

The staff make this hotel, nothing is an issue so helpful and when you want a lazy day at the pool you can always get a sun lounger

The free bus service to town it is great but personally I think they should charge 2Euros per person and have slightly more services instead of 10am, 4pm & 7pm add an additional 1pm so you can go out and have a wonder in the morning and then come back for lazy afternoon etc

Recepcion staff very helpfull and kinsd. View from the hotel is amazing (also from our balcony).

The breakfast staff were not to kind. No knives or folks on tables. They take away plates from your table when you are still eating. Breakfast was quite poor, every morning exactly the same. You have to pay for drinking water

Nice view. Very Clean. Nice hotel.

Breackfast was very boring. No fresh fruit only can compote and patisery. Every day kind of same thing. Boring boring. Boring No wellcoming water in the fridge.

The food was pretty awful in the restaurant The pool was dirty with green slime around the edges
