"Nice hotel, pool needs to be cleaned and management have poor attitude. Alex reception lovely guy"

The room was clean and modern and the Hotel is in a great location. Alex the receptionist was really helpful and understood customer service. The sun loungers and bar staff were great.

The Pool had a thick green fungus around the top of it, guests were writing "Clean me" in it. The Breakfast was low quality. The 2 managers were rude and don't understand their guests are their customer.

Swimming pool with surroundings.

The owner and owner (she). The owner does not behave professionally, he judges how you are dressed for dinner (shorts that look like swimming shorts are not suitable for dinner). The plastic pendant that enables electricity in the room, including air conditioning, must not be separated from the room key. I left the pendant in the room to keep the room cool, but I carried the key with me. The owner noticed this and immediately welded the key so that I could not separate it from the pendant. In case of any payment, the owner (she) calls you to the room and chases you to come pay (tax, additional payment...). The food is not covered and there are flies on the food, which the owner occasionally repels with something. Utensils and plates are dirty, have greasy stains or the food is not washed off the plates. The staff looks stressed, but they are generally friendly. The hotel is more empty, which does not surprise me.

good air conditioning, breakfast and was clean.

pool was dirty, slime ring around the waterline. Staff was great, management seemed rude and yelled at the staff in public. Shuttles did not run late not very often.

Very helpful, friendly staff and manager . Great choices at evening meal and breakfast. Lovely location with great views of Skiathos.

Air conditioning was set at a minimum of 22 degrees. Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room . Wi-Fi was hit and miss .

"NEEDS IMOROVEMENT"

THE LOCATION AND VIEW WERE LOVELY. TAO THE BARMAN WAS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKFASTS ARE INEDIBLE. STALE CERAL AND ORANCE JUICE THAT IS NOT ORANGE JUICE.

BEDS AND PILLOW ARE ROCK HARD.
