Hotel Punta

Very good food, breakfast was excellent. Bus from hotel to town at different times helped allot. Clean rooms. Nice staff at the bar.

There were no tea and coffee in the rooms. Not convenient. The pool closes too soon. It can really stay open until 20:30 at night. We had a problem with our laundry. It was washed by the hotel without telling us the price. The billed us 150€ This was a big surprise to us. We asked them to be fair and pay half the bill. They insisted that we pay 120€. This was very unfair. We are very unhappy about this. I received an email after I complaint wich said I can speak to the manager. She refused to see me. We had to pay the 120€. I am not going to leave this and want 60€ back. Please send me a contact person of the hotel urgently. Kind regards.

The Hotel Building and the location are amazing.

Very dirty, beds uncomfortamble. Beside the fact that I've booked the room with onw bed for two persons, I've received with two beds for one persons. In the middle of the night when I moved in bed, I've suddenly fall on the floor, because the beds were separated as I moved myself. The bathroom was full of hair when I arrived. Also the toilet was eith hair on it. The owner told me to leave to another hotel if I dont like. When I asked for the refund, she told me that is impossible. Poor breakfast, with no vegetables, even a slice of tomato, cucumber or some cheese. Please, don't book this hotel. It's a trap! It's not like in photos from booking!

No wifi in bedrooms, poor cleaning I could feel dust on my feet, maintenance work were commencing really early in the morning and were waking me up

Lovely hotel, pool and facilities are great and the view is amazing! Breakfast had a good selection and the location was good but you either need a hire car or willing to wait for shuttle bus/taxi as it’s not walking distance to the town.

The breakfast staff were shocking. They need more guidance. No clean tables. No knives or folks on tables. Tables very dirty. They are doing things but not prioritising guests. I gave up and helped ourselves to cutlery. They also take away plates etc from your table when there are empty ones full of dirty dishes. I don’t normally complain but if you were there you’d see what I mean. The guy on the bar by the pool also said he was too busy to add ice to our glass when ordered drinks. Reception staff helpful, but weren’t willing to take on board by comments about restaurant staff.

The lady in the pool bar was super nice. Views are lovely.

Very tired rooms. You get a LONG list of cost if something is damaged. However the fridge was broken, the holder of the toilet paper lose, sockets lose, and last but not lest one of the beds were broken so my husband slept in a V-shape. There were no place to charge phones leading to using the same plug for fridge, hair dryer and phone charges. The WiFi was not working in the room. The AC outlet was on the balcony and was so noisy that it was impossible sitting there enjoying the nice views. The restaurant that we had been looking forward to only offered a buffet. The breakfast was really bad and sausages looked fingers that had spent too much time in the pool. We were only staying one night, if it had been longer we would have booked ourselves elsewhere.

The pool was nice. The bartender and front of house Seville were really lovely. They also offered shuttle buses to the town which was helpful however getting back to the hotel was hard. The food was good although salty, plenty of options for people but not for anyone with food allergies. The room was clean and comfortable

The customer service was pretty poor (apart from the one afternoon bartender & day front of house). There were a few things that popped up in our stay that they were less than helpful with to find a solution. On our last night our aircon stopped working as we were travelling with 2 small infants we asked for a fan which they could not offer (whilst the front of house had one next to him). We asked for another room which they said they could not offer which made for a very uncomfortable last night for all. You also had to be in the room to use the power, we had a 1 year old that slept for 2 hours in the day. We asked if we could have another key to leave the aircon and power on in her room while we sat by the pool with her camera. They said they could not offer this or had no other solution so we had to sit the room with her for 2/3 hours in the day. The magnet for the power was also welded shut so we could not take the key off.

The receptionist lady was so nice and caring.The rooms were clean,the sight of the balcony was absolutely fascinating.We'll come back soon.

Professional Staff! Calm and content atmosphere.The best secluded little beach (walking distance). Absolutely stunning view. Delicious food.The Hotel manager so lucky to have such a wonderful crew.

Needs few new sun-beds on the beach.
