COCORO HOTEL

朝、山科疏水を散策しましたけど、近くでよかった。設備は快適で問題ありませんでした。三面鏡があって、このところは背中に軟膏を塗ってる私としてはとてもありがたかった。

テレビでBSが見れなかったのは残念。時計が止っていた。自分はあまり困らなかったけど、階段しかないので、人によっては困ることに。

It was a never hotel and it had everything we needed. Clean and quiet. A little bit further out of Kyoto but right next to metro station. Supermarket and convenience stores close.

It had beautiful wooden floors but we weren’t able to roll our suitcase on it so we had to carry it up the second floor and carry it to the other side of the room which wasn’t an easy task with a 23kg suitcase.

Very kind reception staff. She was very attentive to details and ensure I have all information i need.

When we showed up, the door was closed and there was nobody at the reception despite us letting the staff know when we would arrive. However, after some time somebody showed up and explained to us how to enter the building and room, as well as all the rules. Despite the language barrier, the staff was friendly. The location next to the subway station is great, though the rooms are adjacent to the road which is audible in the room.

The staff was incredibly helpful. Made us feel welcomed. The location of the hotel and the rooms were excellent. Highly recommend

Very basic, but exactly what we were looking for for a weekend of full tourism. The room was comfortable and the staff was very attentive even through email, before arrival.

Very spacious room with good facilities. Close to the railway station.

Heads up of you have large luggage, as there is no lift. You will need to lift your luggage up some narrow stairs.
