Excelente hotel 🏨 lo recomiendo ,hay que mejorar como todo pero un servicio espectacular diría 9 de 10 , le dejan a uno ,un garraron con agua 💧 y dos vasos de vidrio para tomar y si uno desea hielo le dan una paca y hay una caba donde lo echa uno ,el champú de miel guau ,sale uno bien y los baños muy bonitos duerme uno bien con Vista la mar 🌊 Salir en la noche a caminar o la madrugada a ver los amaneceres muy bueno .

Mejorar las sillas de afuera sobre la playa sería lo único de resto bien 👍

Great beachside location but so are all the other accommodations along the beach (don’t choose this one!)

The property was very run down, grossly overpriced and low value for money. It was worth half the price paid. Not sure if this place increased the price after previous positive reviews - I also stayed at other places along the beach in Tulum and this place was terrible value. I’ve travelled extensively globally and in all types of travel from backpacking & hotel stays to camping and luxury resorts. The bed was uncomfortable, pillow was terrible, the fly screens were all ripped or open/ torn off around the bungalow so mosquitos were everywhere (it was worse than camping in a tent where at least you can zip your tent). The toilet was outside and downstairs - which in the dark down very poorly built stairs (and I’m athletic and adventurous) - was inconvenient and nothing about this place was even 3 star let alone 4 stars. I don’t recommend it. It’s inconvenient too being in the park because every time you exit and enter again, you need a wrist band/ pay entry and explain to the guards that you’re just going to your hotel. All the issues I listed is to illustrate that the quality does not reflect the cost of stay. I’ve stayed in crappy beachside huts and have been perfectly happy but in those instances I paid a fraction of the price.

Nature

Okolica jak w raju. Prawie w środku dżungli. W okolicy można spotkać węże, szopy, jaszczurki, kolorowe ptaki. Odpoczywasz nad samym morzem.

Resort reklamuje się zdjęciami które nie odzwierciedlają stanu faktycznego. Domki które są szałasami wymagają generalnego remontu, a lata świetności mają już za sobą. Przy zdjęciach ktoś majstrował (dobry kadr, światło, photoshop). W domkach śmierdzi stęchlizną. W wielu miejscach są dziury na zewnątrz którymi mogą wchodzić do pokoju insekty. Klimatyzacja działa tylko w nocy w określonych godzinach. Toaleta jest mega niewygodna(przy samej ścianie). Meble są zniszczone i leciwe. Dodatkowo łóżko jest za krótkie dla osoby ze wzrostem powyżej 1.8m. Moskitiera jest niedopasowana do wielkości łóżka przez co powstają w niej przestrzenie którymi insekty mogą dostać się do przestrzeni w której śpimy. Obsługa nie chciała nam dać dodatkowych ręczników na plażę. Jeśli chcesz odpocząć i chętnie wracać do domku na noc to nie wybieraj tego obiektu. Obiekt nie informuje w swojej ofercie że należy opłacić dodatkowy podatek za wjazd na teren parku w ktorym się znajdują domki.

Son emplacement dans le parc , sa tranquillité, et l’idée de séjourner dans une petite maison à 10m de la plage.

Il manquerait un petit balais à disposition dans les chambres pour le sable.
