La habitación baño y la ubicación inmejorable.

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al mare e il fatto che ti portavano le ordinazioni direttamente sotto l’ombrellone o in camera. E in generale la cucina non era male. Posto complessivamente molto bello.

Non ho apprezzato molto il fatto di essere dentro ad un parco perché bisogna pagare per entrarci anche se hai l’albergo dentro al parco e poi all’interno dell’albergo e poi ci sono una serie non prevedono l’uso del phon nell’albergo altrimenti salta la corrente. Diciamo che siamo stati sfortunati perché faceva freddo in quei giorni e con i capelli molto lunghi non è il massimo non avere il phon (in altri periodi dell’anno non credo sia un tema). Un altra cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ci avevano confermato che avrebbero chiamato il taxi, ma non l’hanno fatto quindi il giorno della partenza abbiamo rischiato di non partire.

You need to pay to get in and out of the park, but that's the price for the location.

A cute resort right on the beach (count 20 steps and you're there!). The bed was big and very comfortable, the room was super spacious, the shower great. There was a safe which was good. There was also a big water dispenser with drinking water, which is crucial in Mexico. There is no fridge but they have a cooler box and you can get ice from them. Everything had a simple, nice design that matched the jungle on the water scenery. It was very quiet, both during the day and night. The beach wasn't too crowded. Quite a few nice dining options around, including the cafe / beach club of Playa Esperanza itself. A lot of animals - iguanas, various birds and nasua (they call them raccoons). We had perfectly hot water in the shower, and when it didn't work we told them, they checked it and sorted it immediately. The water in the shower are a bit salty! But we found it funny :) The room was cleaned every day (which was necessary - it is on the beach after all! And no matter how much you try, you will get sand in your room..). All in all we had a great time there, it was exactly what we wanted.

The staff communication was at times odd - while they tried to be as helpful as they could, and they were available on Whatsapp, their responses to our questions were sometimes unclear / enigmatic, and to get clearer answers we had to either speak with them face-to-face, or ask follow up questions. This is mostly to do with activities we tried to book through them. The prices they offer were very good, but all the information regarding how to get to the activity site, how much we need to pay deposit in advance, exact hours etc. - they were either not knowledgeable enough, changed their answers or were being vague. Another thing to note is that the bug net around the bed, while it was a good idea, didn't completely close. It had a big gap in it, and we got bitten. I believe this is quite an easy fix though. The mosquito burning coils were helpful.

Location fantastica in riva al mare col rumore delle onde. Beach club davanti incluso e struttura totalmente immersa nella natura.

Pulizia delle lenzuola lasciava un po’ a desiderare e sarebbe opportuno una coperta in più. Non è consentito utilizzo del phone.

Il posto è incantevole ma guardate bene le previsioni perché con la pioggia è impraticabile. .

I bagni delle capanne sono senza finestre e bui, le capanne sono poco spaziose e dalle finestre può entrare acqua. Se non fosse per il mare paradisiaco davanti e il bel parco intorno direi che non vale assolutamente il costo😅
