I had a great stay at this property in Tulum. The service and staff were exceptional, super attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was right in front of the beach and the ocean, so I could fall asleep to the sound of the waves, which was incredibly calming. The property itself is very quiet, giving a full sense of relaxation. I also loved that the room was cleaned every single day. Overall, an amazing experience and I’d happily stay here again.

The only downside was the WiFi, it was a bit funky at times. They mentioned they sometimes have issues with iPhones connecting, so if you work remotely, it might not be the best setup. For me it wasn’t a big deal since I came for vacation anyway… honestly it just turned into a vacation from my phone too.

tres peu de service proposé par l hotel pas de petit dejeuner, restaurant ouver de10 h à 18h ( plutot formule snack pour le midi c est ok ) prévoir une bouilloire au moins dans la chambre pour la boisson chaude du matin à defaut de petit dej le menage est fait tous les jours, merci au personnel , par contre c est aux clients de porter les serviettes à la reception !

They said they had air conditioning, but it was turned off all of the day and turned off at midnight for an hour. And again at six in the morning. During they also had power off during the one hour after midnight, so fan didn't work during those times. Such vastly intermittent service was not disclosed. I take it as a misrepresentation of their services. My guest has diabetes medicine we felt would compromised by the situation. No refrigerator... The place looked worn out and dirty. Bugs in the rooms, toilet didn't flush. I wasn't sure about the plunge pool...we spent one night. The mattress gave us back aches. So we left and booked the rest of our stay at another hotel.

que no te exlican todo lo que puedes y no puedes hacer dentro y fuera del hotel a donde ir como llegar que mas hay en el hotel otros curtos precio de otros cuartos donde comer

Location and room

Staff friendliness and attentiveness to providing a good service. Most were nice, but getting simple things like towels was confronted with unease. closing down very early, provide information that is not true, i.e. 10% discount at bar, but not indicating that this has to be with cash.

Surclassement offert à l'arrivée. Belle situation sur la plage. Chambre confortable. Personnel très accueillant et souriant.

Attention a l humidité. Tarifs trop élevés du restaurant. Les règles d entrée au parc dans lequel est situé l hôtel sont opaques et appliquées de manière arbitraire. On ne sait jamais si on va payer a chaque entrée et le montant est parfois majoré sans raison.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem sehr luxuriösen Hotel direkt am Strand von Tulum. Unser Zimmer bot einen direkten Blick auf das Meer – ein absolutes Highlight. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr ruhig, der Strand extrem gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Getränke konnten jederzeit bequem bis auf die eigene Terrasse bestellt werden, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch die Organisation von Touren direkt über das Hotel war unkompliziert und professionell. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: In den Nächten wurde es überraschend kühl (unter 13 Grad). Da wir ein Zimmer im oberen Bereich mit Strohdach hatten, haben wir nachts etwas gefroren. Wir empfehlen daher, bei Bedarf einfach nach zusätzlichen Decken zu fragen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner, exklusiver Ort zum Abschalten – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
