L'hôtel est magnifique, le personnel au petit soin et le cadre incroyable.

Les règles absurdes pour rentrer dans la reserve qui ne s'applique que aux cycliste ou piétons.

Amazing place. Very nice bungalows and friendly staff. Beach fantastic. Pool smaller than expected but didn’t really matter because of the nice beach. Nice relaxing wibe.

Only thing is that they allow externals to be there during the day so it can be difficult to get a sun bed during high season if you come late. Also that you need to pay park entrance every day to get to the hotel

Le restaurant attenant à l’hôtel n’est pas très bon, vraiment aucune connexion wifi et la location de vélo est hors de prix (30 euros pour 2personnes la journée)

Location directly on the beach.

The room we got was more like a shed, not as big as advertised and not big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was outdoors and all wet when we arrived, there was a branch in the shower. The mosquito net did not close. There was no AC and the doors did not properly close, there was a huge gap. So be prepared to be mosquito food. The safe was only a metal box, not a real safe. There was no hairdryer and no possibilty to use one, no face and hand towels.

La capanna/stanza: idea buona ma va resa confortevole! Non c’era spazio neanche per aprire le valigie! Rapporto qualità prezzo non buonissimo, visto che non c’é neanche la colazione.

La posizione è fantastica, praticamente sei in riva al mare, peccato che le camere non corrispondano esattamente alla descrizione fatta dalla struttura.

Wow — just wow. An absolutely magical place! The jungle setting was incredible, the access to the beach was perfect, and the pool was amazing, with plenty of sun loungers everywhere. The accommodation itself was a charming little cabin, and we felt absolutely wonderful there.

Posizione stupenda su una delle spiagge caraibiche più belle di Tulum. La capanna è quanto tanti di noi hanno sognato almeno una volta da bambini, come naufraghi su un isola deserta. Acqua calda e corrente sempre disponibili come anche il Wi-Fi che però ogni tanto va in down. Dormire col rumore del mare non ha prezzo. Cibo buonissimo e ristoranti vicini dove provare ogni tipo di cucina (quello giapponese è fenomenale). Rovine di Tulum 10 minuti a piedi attraversando la spiaggia. Semplicemente tutto fantastico!

Tutto stupendo ma bisogna avere un minimo di spirito di adattamento. Non è una vacanza per tutti, soprattutto se si pensa alle comodità di un grande resort.

I liked the location next to the lovely ocean and mysterious ruins. My particular situation had an ocean view and a small veranda. The accommodations thoughtfully included various lighting options (including candles) and other necessities. There was plenty of parking and staff ready to take one's bags.

The mattress seemed hard to me.
