Altus Hotel & Spa

It is the second time we have come to this place, so that implies we like everything here, from the accommodation as a whole, the size of the room, tranquility, the food in the restaurant to the spa facilities and closeness to the Praid Salt Mine. We will be coming again!

It was quiet, the salt water pool was amazing. The staff was very polite.

I liked the that the hotel was quiet and clean. The facilities were well maintained and working during our short weekend stay. There was a large amount of pools and spas and the hotel has a large outdoor area. The staff were polite and there when you needed them and not in your face when you didn’t. Continental breakfast was diverse and enjoyable, there were food options for everyone. I liked their egg omelette, breaded egg and pickles cucumber and red peppers.

There were some missing/broken door plastic hook in the bathroom door. I didn’t like the smell of the spa/clor allover the building including on the top floor where our room was. I also would have liked some soap in the shower in the Chang in room to wash before heading to the pool area. I would have liked a few more children apparatus in the garden to play.

room on the third floor, no elevator (difficult with luggage :( ), room very hot, A/C not working, soap dispenser in the bathroom not working food not on our taste, unfortunatly in the SPA: big issue with cleanness, discipline of tourist 9 which were not respecting basic Hygiene rules!!! no supervision from hotel staff, no clear rules on this !!!!
