Everything not in the list below. The hosts were nice and helpful.

With a little attention this hotel would have rated excellent in all categories. The bath is the main problem: It lacks any horizontal surfaces as well as any tool to hang a towel, and the bathtub is plainly dangerous for older people. A safe in the room would have been a nice touch.
