Unfortunately the bed was very hard to get a comfortable nights sleep

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.

Booked it mainly because my elderly mother was coming with us and it had a lift but unfortunately it wasn’t working so mum had to struggle with the stairs but we understand that it was out of anyone’s control. Also, no toilet rolls in any of the 3 rooms we booked. Had to go to reception to ask for some but was dropped off at each door and was rectified quickly.

Not very clean. Picture missing from wall (see picture), bathroom floor not clean and under sink cabinet full of rubbish (see picture)

Staff were very friendly and helpful Food in restaurant was delicious

Lift was out of order

Food was excellent and location fitted our travel plan.

Sadly no air conditioning during the heatwave.

Very pleasant staff, spotlessly clean, confortable bed.

Very warm night but couldn't open the window due to traffic noise. Not the hotel's responsibility I know, but just due to situation.

Property is fine and easy to find. Good car park. Night time young boy was good and greatful.

I didn't like the morning receptionist ( old lady ). She was rude and aggressive. First thing in the morning 6.30am is not good morning but its " where are your keys " - while I was going to car to get something. I was helping Disable lady to the car park and she was being rude and aggressively asking for room keys to her, although they had not yet checked out. Disable lift was not working, so this property is not accessible to the disabled. Mattresses are terrible, every time you move, the springs make a terrible noise and feel like you are sleeping on springs.
