Staff and food, excellent

No breakfast

Staff were fantastic, especially the girl in charge. Treated our group very well through dinner service and relaxing in the bar afterwards. The food in the restaurant was fantastic also.

For check in we weren't even sure we came in the right door, and two different staff told as to "wait two seconds" until someone else came to see us. It was very warm in the rooms, but they were otherwise lovely. There is no breakfast available at all. Which is a shame because the restaurant was lovely.

Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel from the furnishings, deco and adornments to the well laid out Restaurant with a cracking Italian/Indian cuisine Menu and then to the spotlessly clean Rooms...Every member of Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be back and also recommend to everyone I know to be visiting the area.

I was exceptionally impressed with this Hotel, the one and only minor issue was the Toilet in my ensuite Bathroom. The problem is actually because of the floating toilet bowl design,which had become loose after someone previously dropping they're full weight down, nothing more and certainly no reflection on the very helpful Staff or the Hotel itself.

Unfortunately we didnt have much of a good stay ,the bed was uncomfortable and springy , the room was way to hot even on a cool eveing with windows open,when we sat down to use the toilet we were touching the shower whilst doing so ( bare in mind ,we are not of a large build ) so the toiletwas unnecessarily close to the shower ,everything in the bathroom was so close and uncomfortabliy cramped together we could sit on the loo wash half our bodys and brush our teeth in the sink all at the same time ,the sink is so shallow we struggled to fill the kettle up which was provided ,we had no milk in our room for tea or coffee ( we had to use our own milk as evening staff didnt know where it was kept ) the cups we had were so small we had to have multiple just to have 1 cup , the tv channels didnt work we also booked in for dinner at 7.30 and waited 20 +minutes for us to just leave to eat else where as we were hungry and had been travelling all day, the evening staff had a serious lack of customer service and seamed that they didnt want to be there dealing with customers, the attitude and the vibe of the staff members carried themselves with made the atmosphere extremely uncomfortable ,so much so,had we had been seated on time ,we most likely would have left to get food elsewhere anyway, when entering the property we saw the menus on the wall out front and were excited about the prices of the food but where informed by staff after finding a menu in the room with higher prices that the menus on the front were old this again didnt add to our experience and was disappointing ,we have never stayed in a hotel before with blinds and without curtains and had little and restless sleep due to the sun coming straight through the windows and waking us up.

The rooms were immaculate, staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially the little lady in the morning who greeted us each morning with pure enthusiasm, a credit to the staff.

Not about the property it’s self, there was an event on the friday night and the music was blaring so did disrupt sleep but nothing worth complaining about! Overall we had a great weekend with family and a great nights sleep!
