Beautiful little hotel in a very nice and more relaxed area of Kochi. It was the best hotel room we had in our whole stay in India - felt comfortable and right at home.. Staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout. The restaurant was also great.

Had our water cut out in our room a few times but staff were able to fix it quickly.

"Perfection in town"

Everyone was so very welcoming. Our first venture down south to Kerala and so a wonderful place to explore Kochi but in a wonderfully relaxing environment (quiet and calm).

Nothing. The only thing we did not like was having to leave : )

The staff were incredible. We had trouble with our air tickets and the manager lent me his phone, helped with communications, helped me endlessly, was generous and informative. I think it's the best personal service I have ever encountered Thank you

Food was excellent too. We arrived late (9pm) and they still made dinner. The staff were all great and couldn’t do enough for you. The room (gallery 2) was a great size although now seeing the other room, gallery 1 is the best. Location is great too

Wi-Fi could be improved. Quite weak and had to switch WiFi’s to get an improved reception
