Renjith and team were amazing during our entire stay, as they would go above and beyond to ensure every single need is taken care of, and they would never say no :) They were all extremely nice and helpful, especially in taking care of my mother-in-law's needs since she is wheelchair-bound. We would definitely return to the Postcard in Kochi again!

The food is excellent however we felt that the menu was limited and could be more extensive, especially if we have been having the same meals over the 4 days of our stay.

From my daughter: when we went To our hotel it was like an art gallery, in the Morning things were good, the breakfast was Yummy. I'd like to thank Renjith, Robin and his team for saving our Kochi trip and giving us incredible memories! Your hospitality was heart-warming and has made me committed to try out the other Postcard hotels in India. The hotel is built out of a 200+ years old Jewish home and is located on a UNESCO protected area. Beauiful rooms and beautiful food!

Wonderful restoration of an important heritage building retaining the authenticity whilst incorporating all the modern comforts location excellent for the local attractions of an area steeped in history

the restaurant should be air conditioned as it may make the menu somewhat more tempting as chef was very good

"Great stay in historical Kochi - beautiful hotel snd nice staff"

Very friendly team, beautiful historical building with a modern and arty touch in its renovation, great and spacious room (thanks for the upgrade George) and location in the heart of the jewish quarter.

Nothing really - but the pool area seems to be under renovation (?) and the choice of restaurants in the area is more limited than in fort Kochi which is 30 to 40 min away by walk Last info, the hotel is in a pedestrian street.

Room was great. Manager was extremely eager and helpful.

Staff could not understand much. Breakfast was pathetic.
