Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Dundee centre. Facilities, staff and room all very good and great value for money.

The location. Onsite parking.

Very poor cleanliness. Very poor maintenance. Terrible breakfast. Broken glass on bathroom floor. Sink hanging off wall. Mouldy shower. Room had not been cleaned. Overall disgusting.
