Taypark House

We hebben hier 4 nachten gelogeerd. Prima ontbijt, 2 gangen, á la carte. Werd snel geserveerd. We hebben 1x gedineerd, buiten in de tuin in een "dome". Een heel mooie ervaring, eten was prima! Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en alert gedurende ons hele verblijf. Lokatie was prima, rustig en goed bereikbaar en toegankelijk met de auto. Gratis parkeren, voldoende plaatsen. Geen last van het kleine vliegveldje in de buurt.

Het hotel is slecht onderhouden, vnl. kozijnen, hang- en sluitwerk en een deel van het meubilair in de lobby. We hadden 2 kamers waarvan eentje mooi was (ruim, met bad op pootjes). De andere kamer (zelfde prijs) was rolstoel toegankelijk maar (te) klein voor een rolstoel. Donker, het bed was kleiner (kort), de badkamer was geschikt voor een rolstoel maar naderhand aangepast en de douche maakte alles nat zodat er schimmel was ontstaan. Zeker toe aan een opknapbeurt!

We have stayed before so came back as enjoyed it. Really enjoy the breakfast here, its 1 of the best from all the hotels we have stayed in. Also the rooms are very spacious which is a nice change from a lot of places

Only a few little things we didnt like. The bath plug had a hole in the middle so bath kept draining (not sure if we were doing something wrong) there wasn't a do not disturb sign to put on the door. There was no hand cream so we had 2 buy some.

Good location, staff we're very helpful

Such a shame, housekeeping wasn't on the ball, missing things like loo rolls. The room was past its best, a bit tatty and the window frames were rotten so worried about trying to close windows. Food and drink were a bit expensive. Should be a wonderful place to stop but it needs a lot if money spending on it.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr geräumig und es hatte alles, was eine vierköpfige Familie benötigt. Es hat eine schöne Bar mit guten Drinks.

Die Unterkunft ist nicht ideal gelegen. Um am Abend etwas Essen zu gehen, braucht es ein Auto. Bei uns war das Restaurant geschlossen.

The rooms were big. Bathrooms had an updated look

Dinner and breakfast were very underwhelming. What I ordered off the menu and what was brought to me were not the same thing. They have the same 3 people (young adults/possibly students) running the entire bar, the entire dining room, and the front desk. Had to crank toilet handle 3 times to get it to flush The carpet in the rooms is old with old stains in them
