African Sky Ermelo Inn

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Also the room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was working.

The brown blanket on the bed didn’t have a pleasant smell. Also when we ordered food, they didn’t have pork chops and we were also told that the kitchen only had one chicken breast while the meal we ordered comes with two. My food didn’t taste nice at all I ended up sharing my sister’s salad with her as it was way better. The overall presentation of the food wasn’t pleasing and my sister chicken breast looked burnt. The coffees & the powder milk seemed old. I could not finish my tea. I also didn’t like the assumption that everyone drinks powder milk since we only found powder milk in the room.

Breakfast was ok but maybe extend to 10am

The shower head in bath tub wasn't working and the tv wasn't easy to operate.

I made a mistake an book 2 time same day. They promised to pay back for te one day but nothing happened.

Breakfast was not worth the money I paid

The staff including manager in charge were rude
