White Goose Boutique Hotel

Horrible experience, management tried to get more money out of me once I arrived. The room was full of mosquitoes. Then they used toxic spray and I had dead mosquitoes on the bed. The sink was dirty, bathroom door broken. It’s so loud! you can’t sleep!!! it’s bad location, traffic, noise etc. Lots of bug bites. Pool was out of order.

The kindness of the staff. The location is close the everything in Canggu. The breakfast was perfect.

The only thing we found annoying was the door lock but other than that it was good

- Lovely helpful staff, you can communicate via whattsapp and they are extremely friendly and efficient. The reception staff is lovely. - Good restaurant in the hotel, nice restaurant staff and great food. - Wood furniture and design in earth tones, beautiful garden and three pools. Attention to detail. - Amazing laundry services. Other services available. - The rooms get cleaned every day. If something doesn’t work they send someone to repair it as soon as possible (it took 15 mins to repair a water problem in my bathroom). Comfortable clean beds. - Located in the heart of Canggu, 5 to 10 mins scooter ride to every nice restaurant/bar/cafe/beach club, so if you want to go out it’s perfect. I had a great time and I really appreciated the staff. Just one little feedback: - The room floor is a bit dusty and slippery. So are the stairs and the stones that lead to the exit, I almost fell a few times when walking in heels, especially the way to the exit. - This is not anyone’s fault, but another little downside could be the location, super noisy and with traffic and party people. The hotel is located in the center of all nightlife and outside can be chaotic and loud. Amazing if you want to party, not suitable if you seek peace and quiet. At night it’s quiet though.
