"Best place to stay in Canggu❤️"

I had a wonderful holiday in Bali because I chose to stay in this hotel. The design of the hotel is very warm and homely, clean an close to the beach. The employees take special care of the guests. A big thank you to Gede from Office every time I encountered a problem he solved it very promptly and professionally. The food at the Milan restaurant was delicious and a varied menu for vegans. And the waiter Desty has the most beautiful smile in Bali and is extremely nice with the customers. Big thanks for all ❤️

the noise level from the Finns Beach Club was too much for me,,but another traveller who enjoys that type of entertainment property may have loved it

"A peaceful paradise in the heart of Canggu."

The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and our room was spacious and unique. The architecture is beautiful and we could not have been happier. We thank the wonderful staff for their kind presence and willingness to help with anything. The location was ideal only a cheap Gojek ride to anywhere we wanted to be.

Excellent location, right across from Finn’s! Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and great every morning. Room was clean and beach towels and water provided.

Room was a little run down, door didn’t close properly, so bugs could get in. As expected, it was loud at night because of the clubs in the area.

"Not what I had expected for the price."

The location and the friendliness/ promptness of the staff.

Upon arrival the place looked gorgeous just like the pictures. However, after becoming a little more settled in we noticed the sheets, bedding, & curtains had many stains. A staff member did come to change sheets immediately upon request. The shower clearly had mold in it & very dirty corners of the room. Toilet was running constantly, AC went out one night but staff attended to the fix immediately. We had some issues with the security box as well, staff provided a new one. I never went for a swim in the pool as it did not look clean.
