Very below standard no plug socks that worked without sparking beds terrible wash terrible. If have no money then stay. If have money stay elsewhere

Stunning view of the water and serviceable wifi. The bed was comfy. Location is about as good as you can get - this hotel is in the middle of everything.

Ratty chairs in the room. Accommodations are decent. It's a fine place to stay for a few nights, but it's nothing to write home about.

We had 2 in new room which was OK. And we had a single in another room which was not good and unclean. The photos of a beach front were misleading.

This place is located by the main road, close to everything. The rooms are big, beds comfy and the bathroom clean. WiFi works very well. If you chose the room with a sea view, the landscape is stunning. The owner is kind, attentive and helps with booking tours (cheaper than in the hostel nearby). Breakfast options are fine, available from 6.30am

Due to the proximity to the city centre you can hear the music in the evening but it stops early

The room was in need of renovations (wallpaper falling apart, the door was did not proper isolate the room and had a glass window that allowed to see into the room if people were near the door, etc).

The best part of this place is such a nice view with the cheap price. But that's the only thing that I liked. You have to keep in mind that as the price is cheap, the amenity and the facilites are not good. 1star hotel. No Hair dryer. A/C was quite good tho and it was quite clean for the old building. Although shower hose holder was almost broke. I recommend this place to the solo traveler who just want to enjoy the view with tight budget, not accompanying anyone to complain about something.

- No elevator. - They charge you 4% extra for the card payment. It might be a little for someone, but you already feel the smell of ripping off. - He will charge you more for the Tour. When I got quoted from other hotel and when I researched Halong bai and Nanha bai one day boat tour costed 550,000VND. But the owner told me it was 650,000VND. and when I showed him the quote, he told me that price was impossible and it was the price of the last year. I knew he was lying but, I didnt want to argue, but he discounted the price to 580,000VND as if he was giving as such a big favor I knew it was scam but just paid for it for peaceful staying. But you know what? all the people I met in the tour paid 550,000VND. - Even though you requsted not to clean the room, they will enter your room to turn off your A/C - The onwer will only be nice if you are willing to pay something for him, like ordering a coffee, breakfast, massage shop that he owns. But who the hell will spend money from the person who tried to rip me off? And when I saw the price, it didn't seem fair compared to the other places that I tried. This place is just cheap bait for his further traveler rip off. - So best way to stay there is, just bring cash to pay for the Acc. and don't spend anything there.
