"Sad Run Down Property in a Incredible location"

The location of this property is PERFECT. Located on the sea with sunning platforms and a ladder for easy in and out it was incredible. Awesome place to watch sunsets. Close to restaurants and stores but away from the noise. Nice beach towels. AC worked well

This place in SERIOUS need of repairs and updating. Everything is in a serious state of neglect. Broken and missing items everywhere. The restaurant on the property is closed. Windows broken, doors broken, concrete stairs broken, peeling paint, chairs broken, items in kitchen broken or missing. Staff will play loud music early in the morning. The spa services are no longer available. Snorkel gear is available BUT only 2 sets of mismatched gear. Items for sale in gift shop are 25% higher than anywhere else in town.
