Loved the atmosphere and the customer service from the staff

Good hotel, the bed are comfortable, little fridge in the room, and we met really nice people from the One Love Brigade, also staying at this hotel. The sea view is stunning !

There are no smart tv, it could be nice to put some music or movies. A hairdryer could be added too.

We recently spent 4 nights in the penthouse suite at HSH. The highlight of our trip was the view from our balcony. The views were simply amazing. The penthouse suite was nice, but had some strange issues. The lock to the patio door was hard to figure out. You have to flip the lever on the door before locking it. The balcony overhead light was too dim to even be helpful. When arriving back to our suite after dinner, we would have to use the flashlight on our cell phones to even have enough light to see to unlock the door. We were told they served meals and had complimentary coffee in the mornings. We never ate here or did we ever see them serving meals. We went down one morning around 9:00 a.m. for coffee and sat for about 15 minutes without anyone around, so we left and walked down the road for breakfast. Speaking of coffee, we had a coffeepot in out room and the first morning my wife made a pot of coffee. When she went inside for another cup the coffee was all over the kitchen counter. We had to clean it up with a towel. I discovered the coffee pot was cracked and looked like someone had dropped the glass pot. When I informed Tina, the manager that the coffee pot leaked and we had to clean it up with a towel her response was "No worries". We never did get a replacement pot so we used the cracked one with a towel underneath it for the rest of our stay. We did enjoy our stay and as I said earlier the views were amazing. Our room was dated and severely needed updated and some TLC. This was our 26th trip to Jamaica so we didn't have unrealistic expectations. It was our first trip to HSH but probably won't stay here again. There are many places on the cliffs with great views, so we will keep exploring the island.

the staff were very helpful, it didnt have the best reviews from others so didnt. expect much but the property was exquisite and the owner charlie was very helpful in providing everything i needed. even before arriving i was called days in advance to ensure there would be someone present when i arrived. would 100 stay again. not super luxurious but thats not what youre paying for. still provided everything you need! fresh coffee in the morning excellent snorkelling or cliff jumping and the option for on site food. Even had to book an extra night and they were very helpful last miniute making sure someone would check me in.

Long time Negril traveler with a that enjoys the expensive all-inclusives. Went on a trip with some friends and we picked Home Sweet Home. I will be back. I arrived a day after the group and did not get into late in the evening. Tina was waiting for my arrival and treated me with a smile. The room I got was clean with a nice view. Great air conditioner that cooled the room down quickly. Room had a nice refrigerator to store my drinks and food. Woke up every morning with a great view. The kitchen staff headed by Bridgett and Denise offered a large menu of the usual breakfast food and served with a smile. Charlie the owner was around and would typically join me. Complimentary coffee is served all morning, which went down well after jumping off the cliff. The staff offered a variety of excursion opportunities that can be booked on site. Beach towels are available at the office along with snorkeling gear to use. Resort sells Red Stripe and soft drinks along with lunch and dinner. The resort is located on the West End within walking distance of downtown Negril. Walking to Rick’s is possible, but you might want to take a cab - easy to get a ride. The property is also safe and secure. This location has 24 hour on-site security with an on duty night manager. The west end also has less foot traffic compared to the beach.

Cliff setting is beautiful! This small hotel is situated on the cliff side on the west end of Negril. Little rough around the edges, but we enjoyed ourselves. Great staff. Bring cash for restaurants, bars, and shops on the west end. Most don’t take cards

The room’s floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view, making it feel as if I were hovering over the turquoise ocean – a truly mesmerizing experience. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, conveniently situated close to a vibrant array of restaurants and lively bars. This stay was an absolute treat for both the eyes and the soul!
